To reset the Wyze base station, follow these procedures:
- Locate the Reset Button: Look for a small pinhole or a button on the back or bottom of the base station. This is the reset button.
- Press and Hold the Reset Button: Using a small pin or paperclip, press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds. Make sure to keep the button depressed throughout the entire process.
- Release the Reset Button: After holding the reset button for 10 seconds, release it. The base station will now begin the reset process.
- Wait for the Reset: Allow the base station a few moments to complete the reset procedure. During this time, the lights on the base station may change or flash.
